YLC Landscaping, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates ylclandscaping.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us about landscaping work in Utah, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you browse the site, such as pages visited, referring page, approximate location, browser type and device type. We do not collect payment card details on this website. Payments are handled through PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or check, directly between you and those providers.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your estimate request and schedule an on-site visit
  • To prepare and send you an itemized bid
  • To carry out and coordinate the landscaping work you hire us for
  • To contact you about scheduling, weather delays, materials and follow-up
  • To keep records for warranty, tax and insurance purposes
  • To understand which parts of our website are useful and improve them

We will only send you marketing messages if you have asked for them, and every such message includes a way to opt out.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to run the business:
