YLC Landscaping opened on 5 March 2018 in Grantsville, Utah. Yovani had spent years working other people's landscaping jobs and kept running into the same problem: a homeowner would hire one company to grade, another to run irrigation, and a third to lay sod, then spend the whole summer refereeing between them when something went wrong. So we built the business the other way around. One crew, one bid, one point of contact, and enough equipment on hand to take a property from overgrown or bare dirt all the way to a finished, irrigated, planted yard. That is what "one stop shop for all your landscaping needs" actually means to us, and it is why our jobs tend to run start to finish instead of stalling between trades. Eight years in, we have worked with more than a thousand customers across Utah, from small sprinkler repairs in Tooele to full acreage transformations in Erda and blank-dirt new-build installs in Stansbury Park, Herriman and Eagle Mountain. We are licensed and insured, we quote every job on site for free, and every bid comes broken out line by line so you can see exactly what you are paying for. We are not the biggest landscaper in the valley and we are not trying to be. Sod laid on compacted builder dirt without topsoil dies by August, and we have been called out to fix that job more than once. We grade, screen out rock, amend and add topsoil before anything green goes down, even when it would be cheaper to skip it. ### An itemized bid, every time You get materials, labour and each phase priced separately. If the number is higher than you hoped, you can see exactly what to trim rather than guessing. Several of our reviews mention the broken-down bid as the reason they felt comfortable hiring us. ### Honest advice, even when it costs us If your sprinkler system needs three valves rather than a full replacement, we say so. If a boulder wall will not hold the grade you have and you need an engineered retaining wall, we say that too. Selling you the wrong thing once costs us the next ten years of your business. ### We clean up after ourselves Debris hauled off, driveways swept, sprinkler lines and control cables protected while we work.
